Maria Lewis, Founder of the Cherished Table  

  Hello, My name is Maria Lewis and I'm the founder and owner of The Cherished Table.

  I am a medical doctor from Venezuela, I moved to London to do a postgraduate degree and there I met my Australian husband. We moved to Australia a few years back and we live in Perth with our two kids and our dog Charlie.

   Creating tablescapes was one of those hobbies that I discovered later on in life. I started The Cherished Table as a creative outlet during lockdown and it took off from there. 

   I started receiving so many questions about pricing or asking if I was selling the products featured on my posts that I decided to contact some of my favourite suppliers and open this little online shop.
